Palo Alto Optics provides optical engineering consultation services, including but not limited to:
- Custom optical system design and development
- Precision optical component fabrication
- Advanced imaging and sensing solutions
- Technical consultation and project management

Use of Services

You may use our services for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, methodologies, and intellectual property developed by Palo Alto Optics remain our exclusive property unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Client-specific work products and deliverables are governed by individual project contracts.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the course of our professional relationship, as detailed in separate Non-Disclosure Agreements when applicable.
Service Agreements
Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation are established through separate service agreements or statements of work. These Terms of Service govern general website usage and initial consultations.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence in all our work, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Any performance specifications or project goals are estimates based on available information and industry best practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palo Alto Optics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Palo Alto Optics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the use of services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all obligations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property remain in effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palo Alto, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
